Myanmar: Aung San Suu Kyi given three more years for 'election fraud'

A military-run court in Myanmar has condemned Aung San Suu Kyi to a further three years in jail on political decision misrepresentation charges, her legal counselors have told the BBC.

Ms Suu Kyi - the country's previous chief - has now been condemned to 20 years in jail on 11 counts, with a few charges remaining.

She keeps all from getting the allegations, and the preliminaries have been denounced by freedoms bunches as politically-persuaded.
